25KG Liquid Filling Line Workflow

1. Automatic Empty Barrel Conveying – Empty barrels are automatically fed into the filling area.

2. Automatic Alignment and Positioning – Cylinders move and align each barrel mouth precisely under the filling nozzle.

3. Automatic Tare (Peeling) – Each barrel is automatically tared to ensure accurate net weight filling.

4. Automatic Quantitative Filling – Liquid is filled precisely to the preset weight using a high-precision weighing system.

5. Automatic Transfer of Filled Barrels – Filled barrels are smoothly pushed onto the chain conveyor to avoid liquid splashing or vibration losses.

6. Automatic Lidding and Cap Locking – The machine automatically places and locks the lids, ensuring a tight seal.

7. Finished Barrel Conveying – Capped barrels are transferred to the heavy barrel waiting area for collection.

8. Manual Lifting or Palletizing – The operator completes manual lifting or palletizing for shipment or storage.
