Working principle of the double-head automatic filling machine:
The GLZON Automatic Drum and IBC Filling System provides a fully automated, precise, and efficient liquid packaging workflow designed for industrial production lines.
Process Flow:

Automatic Conveying of Empty Barrels – Empty drums or totes are automatically fed into the filling line through a motorized conveyor system.

Automatic Positioning and Mouth Alignment – The system automatically positions each barrel and aligns the filling nozzle with the container opening for accurate and spill-free filling.

Automatic Tare (Peeling) of Empty Barrels – Each empty container is automatically tared to ensure precise net weight filling accuracy.

Automatic Quantitative Filling – The liquid is filled according to the preset weight using a high-precision weighing system with ±0.2% accuracy.

Automatic Pushing of Filled Barrels – Once filling is complete, heavy barrels are automatically transferred to the main chain conveyor.
