Product Introduction
This ton bag scale is a large-scale weighing and packaging machine suitable for ultrafine powders or materials containing air generated during conveying. It is a multi-purpose packaging machine that integrates electronic weighing, automatic bagging, and dust removal. It features a high degree of automation, adjustable packaging speed, and superior structure. Features
The combination of vertical screw feeding and reverse stirring ensures more stable feeding. The conical bottom shut-off valve ensures controllable material flow during feeding.
The entire machine is equipped with a removable hopper and quick-release screw assembly, making cleaning of all parts in contact with the material simple and fast, with no blind spots.
The lifting bottom filling and metering system, combined with a screw vacuum degassing filling device, ensures packaging accuracy.
Feeding Device
The feeder utilizes a screw feeder, which pushes the material down. The material flow rate is controlled by controlling the screw speed, making it easy to control and independently adjust. Furthermore, by modifying preset parameters, the ratio of coarse and fine material feed rates can be maintained, ensuring the system increases packaging speed while maintaining accuracy. A shutoff butterfly valve is installed at the outlet of the single-arc feed gate to enhance control over material output, preventing residual material from falling and affecting packaging accuracy, as well as environmental pollution. A professionally designed pneumatic shifting fork mechanism effectively prevents material from bridging in the feed area, further ensuring stable feeding.
