This packaging scale uses a gross weight weighing method and gravity feeding. Bulk bags are suspended on the weighing platform, enabling rapid filling.

Main components include: 1) feeding device; 2) weighing platform; 3) lifting mechanism; 4) bag hooking/dropping/clamping device; 5) air filling/return air dust removal piping; 6) steel frame.

The feeding device

The feeder utilizes a screw feeder, which propels the material down the feeder. The feed rate is controlled by the screw speed, making it easy to control and independently adjustable. Furthermore, by adjusting preset parameters, the ratio of coarse and fine feed rates can be maintained, ensuring that the system increases packaging speed while maintaining accuracy. A shut-off butterfly valve is installed at the outlet of the single-arc feed gate to enhance material output control and prevent residual material from falling, which could affect the system’s packaging accuracy and pollute the environment. A professionally designed pneumatic shift fork mechanism effectively prevents material from bridging in the feeding area, further ensuring stable feeding. Weighing Platform
The weighing platform utilizes a load cell with high precision, excellent long-term stability, and impact resistance. It is supplemented by a dedicated force-transmitting connection mechanism with multiple functions, including overload and position limiting. This effectively ensures that the bag’s weight is accurately transferred to the load cell without generating any force components in other directions, resulting in excellent mechanical reset performance.
Lifting Mechanism
Fixed to the weighing platform, it comprises two pneumatic lifting/lowering mechanisms and four guide mechanisms. Depending on the actual filling conditions, the weighing bag can be raised and lowered several times at a specific point in time to ensure optimal filling. When weighing is complete, the bag is lowered to the ground or onto a pallet on the ground, transitioning from a suspended position to a bottom-supported position. This facilitates automatic bag opening release and strap unhooking.
Bag Hanging/Unhooking/Clamping Device
The bag hanging/unhooking/clamping device is fixed to the bottom of the lifting mechanism’s cylinder and applies force to the weighing platform. The entire bag hanging, unloading, and clamping device can accommodate bags with a nominal volume of 1200 to 1400 liters. It features manual sling attachment for empty bag loading, pneumatic bag clamping, and automatic release of the bag opening and sling unhooking for loaded bags. The carbon steel frame provides sufficient strength and rigidity to secure the entire weighing platform of the packaging scale.
