A. The operator moves the empty container to the weighing platform, positioning the filling nozzle directly above the container opening;

B. The operator presses the [Start] button;

C. The filling head automatically inserts into the container, verifies the container weight, automatically removes the tare, and opens the ball valve and nozzle bottom valve for rapid filling. The filling speed decreases when the weight reaches the minimum allowable weight, and both valves close fully when the weight reaches the target amount minus the lead time. The filling head automatically lifts the nozzle out of the container, the anti-drip tray collects the liquid, and error detection is performed and displayed;

D. The operator removes the heavy container from the weighing platform and screws on the cap. One filling cycle is complete;

E. Repeat steps A-D for continuous filling.
