This machine is suitable for filling small barrels of corrosive/explosive liquid materials. It is controlled by Siemens PLC from Germany, with high integration, strong control capability, convenient adjustment and reliable operation. It adopts automatic barrel mouth technology and fast and slow filling valves to ensure the metering accuracy without affecting the overall filling speed. The long tube filling is suitable for filling materials with foam or slight foam. Combined with advanced foreign weighing sensors, it ensures high accuracy of filling measurement.

Main functions:

◇ The Chinese operation interface is simple and easy to understand;

◇ Filling is safe, stable and accurate (filling accuracy is not affected by changes in flow and pressure);

◇ The filling target value can be set freely and saved as multiple groups of formulas for use at any time;

◇ Net weight or gross weight filling mode is optional, and the empty barrel is automatically tare during

net weight filling;

◇ Empty barrel range setting, empty barrel weight greater than or less than the mistaken start has a

protection function of not filling;

◇ Filling with the filling gun inserted into the barrel mouth to prevent liquid splashing, ensure a clean

working environment and eliminate waste of raw materials;

◇ Anti-collision barrel function, if the filling gun touches the edge of the barrel mouth when inserted

into the barrel mouth, the filling gun will automatically pop up to protect against continued filling;

◇ Easy to clean, using double large ball valves to control filling, reduce pipeline material contact,

suitable for a variety of or viscous liquids;

◇ Using pneumatic standard clamping cap chuck, it can be applied to the clamping caps of metal

barrels of the same specifications on the market.
